Can You Guess the Culprit?

This is what I came down the hall to find after putting laundry away and tidying the bedrooms . . .

Clue #1: Door ajar. Hmmmm . . .
Clue #2: Little clods of dark, damp mud left in a trail . . .

Clue #3: Apparently, here is where the first big spill occurred.

Clue #4: Dustpan set out to clean up the evidence.

Clue #5: "Chocolate Milk" carton full of said thick, dark mud. The first necessary ingredient for a great mud pie, perhaps?

Clue #6: Muddy binoculars. Perhaps used for scouting out Mom? Any guesses yet as to the culprit?

Clue #7: Soaking wet, formerly white socks with dark splotches of dark, thick mud. Cute toes, really. Hmmmm . . . who, oh who could have caused such a mess??? Do you know, do you know yet?
AND OUR CULPRIT - THE ONE, THE ONLY
GAVIN!!! I'm figuring you knew all along!

Just a Couple of Cutie-Patooties!

On the counter . . .

Anyone else's counters look like this? Never mind the junk lurking in the background - just look at ALL of those sippy cups! I bless the person who invented the dishwasher . . .

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

More Happy Birthday!

Gavin was lucky enough to continue his birthday celebration on Sunday too with a family & friends party!
Uncle Darry, Gav, & Papa getting ready for homemade birthday cake.
Karsen was in on the celebrating too!

Presents! This was a Daddy pick and was very useful in harrassing older brothers.
Opening the coveted Doctor Kit . . .
Connor testing it out on Mom.
This was the hilight of Gav's birthday - new baseball footy jammies from Uncle Jame, Auntie Ker, & baby Karsen. We were hard pressed to get him out of these for a couple of days!!
You can tell he's thrilled!!

Gavin's 3rd birthday

On March 28th, Gavin turned 3! He decided that he wanted to go to the Tacoma Children's Museum and then out to lunch at Red Robin. We were early birds and arrived at the museum right when they opened, which meant we had the place to ourselves for just a little bit! By lunchtime, the place was packed and we were hungry so it was off to Red Robin for lunch. Gavin loved having everyone sing "Happy Birthday" to him. He was also a huge fan of ice cream sundae, but was a nice brother and shared with Connor. We had a fun day and Gavin was glad to have spent it Gram & Papa, Aunite, Auntie Meliss, Mom & Dad, & Connor Bear.

All dressed up and nowhere to go!

The boys had a great time painting and creating in the art area!
Playing in the store - so fun!

Playing just a little catch up . . .

Ok, so it has been just a teensy little while since I've posted. I'm really going to try to do a better job of updating our blog this year, so here is my attempt to get things current!
